A tryptophan supply
(
vitAmin-T®) in deficit situations can help:

  1. To reduce the feeling of psychophysical tiredness and pain
  2. To regulate concentration and weariness disorders during the day without stimulating side-effects
  3. To regulate sleep disorders during the night without sedating side-effects

Improvement of the quality of life:
Since tryptophan is not very frequent in our diet, it is probable that in some situations, especially in stress and illness situations, some deficiency of this amino acid could appear.
Tryptophan increases wellness by reducing nervous irritability and by regulating sleep. A tryptophan supplement can help to reach optimal serotonin (5-HT) levels, which regulates tiredness and pain perception.

Many studies confirm serotonin depends on L-tryptophan’s biodisponibility and has an important regulation function in the perception of pain and muscle tiredness. The supply of vitamin-T®, in sport effort situations, improves performance significantly by allowing to prolong sport activity periods and delaying   tiredness’ symptoms.
The effects of a L-tryptophan supply (vitAmin-T®) on physical performance were evaluated with a specially designed effort test using a cicloergometer. With a four-day consumption, the following results were reached:

  1. Significant increase of maximum power developed, the number of revolutions per minute and anaerobic power showed significant difference compared with a control group
  2. The distance coverred increased significantly
  3. Developed muscular effort also increased significantly.

Doses:
We recommend two capsules daily: one half an hour before breakfast and the other one half an hour before dinner. It can be taken indefinitely.

Since tryptophan competes against another amino acid for a correct absorption, we recommend its consumption separately from meals with high protein content.
